That isn't bad. All you need to do is take your question and turn those into your points. Why do you think you're most qualified (without naming names or impugning any fellow workers)? What demonstrates how hard of a worker you are?

For a career job I'd suggest a full page letter, but not so much for this. No offense, of course. You need a paragraph or two expanding on the points you've made here. Shouldn't be too hard for you; this is one of maybe two questions I've seen today that looks like it was written by at least a grade school graduate.
