I'd try the promoters--that may be the radio station, but it's probably someone who is partnered with them. Also, I'd write the local newspapers. I don't think you are going to get your money back, but at least you can let other poeple in the area know that the promoter is hosting this garbage and to stay away from their shows. If the promoter has a conscience, maybe they'll comp you to another event.

Something like this, ask for what you want, maybe vouchers will be offered. I once wrote a letter of complaint because I did not have many nuts in a bar of whole nut and I got about three times the value of the bar in vouchers (It was genuine as the bar only contained about five nuts!)

The note: Keep it short and to the point. Make sure you have the names, times and dates as accurate as possible. Keep it calm, professional (meaning no cussing) and do not ask for anything.

If you get no satisfaction and are still feeling smited, then hop on yelp and other community review sites and express your opinion. You do it enough, they take notice.
