How to write a letter in SpanishWe Answered:
Hi Danielle!I'll give you an example:
Me divertí mucho.
Translation:
"Well, I'll start by telling you about how my vacation went this summer.
I had a lot of fun. It was great. I visited museums, went to concerts, took a sunbath at the beach, got to know people from other cultures and took a lot of pictures of great sceneries. The food was excellent and the people were friendly and hospitable.
I also went to other nearby places. I went to New York and was truly dazzled. It's a fantastic city, where there are many things to do. It was filled with tourists from all over the world. I bought some presents for my relatives and friends. It´s a shame I didn´t have enough money to buy myself clothing.
Of course not everything was rest and party. I also worked a lot (I had to do it because I had to pay my bills and be able to stay longer in the place), but I think it was a good way to go deeper in a totally different culture than mine.
Time passed me by quickly..., I wish I had been able to stay there a little while longer.
I hope I'll be able to have the same experience next year because I ended with an unforgettable memory".
I have some examples of how to start a letter in Spanish:
- I'm going to write about my last vacation...
Voy a escribir acerca de mis últimas vacaciones...
- I'm going to tell you how I spent my summer vacation in London / New York / abroad.
To finish a letter in Spanish:
- Un saludo! (Greetings!)
- Abrazos! (Hugs!)
- Besos! (Kisses!)
- Saludos! (Best regards!)
- I went to the beach / to New York / to concerts = Fui a la playa / a Nueva York / a conciertos.
- I met a lot of boys = Conocí muchos chicos (or "muchachos").
- I worked a lot = Trabajé mucho.
- This summer I went to the beach = Este verano fui a la playa.
- I had the pleasure of visiting New York = Tuve el placer de visitar Nueva York.
- I also had the pleasure of visiting... = También tuve el placer de visitar...
Hope it helps!
and Good luck! =)

I have a letter written in Spanish which I know is full of errors. Yes, it is an assignment. Can you proof it?We Answered:
Queirda Candy,Hola. ¿Cómo estás? Yo estoy muy bien.
Te escribo desde casa. Estoy en la universidad. La universidad es buena. Me gusta mucho la escuela. Me gustan mis profesores este semestre.
Tomo cuatro cursos.
Saludos a tú madre y padre.
¡Por Favor Escribe pronto, Candy! ¡Te quiero!
Con Amor,
Toni

I'm suppose to write a letter in Spanish to my Spanish teacher about my favorite Hispanic country? We Answered:
Spain would be my choice because it's the motherland of the entire Hispanic culture and many Americans seem to be very unaware about European Spanish culture and history, and it's got an amazing history. It was a major part of the Roman Empire and also has a Celtic history that most people are unaware of as well as Nordic and Moorish influences. Spanish food is also very European/Mediterranean and is not at all like Mexican/Latino food which is heavily influenced by the Native Americans. Spaniards in general are a totally different breed than New World Latinos and have very little in common with Latinos other than the language they speak. And speaking of languages, Castillian may be Spain's official language but there are several other languages and dialects that are commonly spoken there such as Catalan, Galacian, Valencian, Aragonese and the Basque language which is nothing at all like Spanish.Sherry Said:

It's very difficult to write a letter (at least for me) if I don't know what you want to say. If you provided more ideas for your letter it'd be far better.Gordon Said:
can someone write a spanish letter? We Answered:
Dear cousin,
how are you? And your parents? How are they? Mine are OK. Today, I went to a store and while I was looking at the merchandise, I thought about you. The store had some footballs just like ours. My brother and I were playing with them but them when I let go of the ball, it hit a shelf and a lot of things got broken. You should have seen my parents, how they were scolding me all the way home. My parents aren't as understanding as yours are.
Well, see you later.
