Apart from the spelling of "dispatch", it is correct, but the style is rather foreign (I'm guessing that you are Asian). In order to correct this, it would be best to know where you intend to send it, as different English speaking countries have very different styles. U.S. English, for example, is much more direct and forceful than British English.
