Word has many free templates to use. Also, you can use WordArt for the little extras. Of you don't have Word, use OpenOffice's Office Suite which is free. Before printing, make sure the printer option to print backgrounds is checked. Otherwise, you get only the colorful text. For extra, you could use colored print paper.
