Thoughtful things are most often appreciated. Buying a cake for the staff at the dental office might be a good idea. You know what the break room looks like. Would cupcakes be better? Or would a fruit basket be even better? Get a basket and select the fruit yourself, and it will cost about 1/4 to 1/3 the cost of a prepared basket. With a nice thank-you note attached, it should be greatly appreciated.

Sadly there is nowadays small need for long letters.We live now in an age where it is considered too old fashioned, we would rather suffice with the indelicate and very, I feel , impersonal system of electronic mails.
As Mr Dylan once caterwauled "The times they are a changing ".And in my own opinion not for the better at all..
