Go to the link below. Scroll down the page a little and select the letters you want to write. Download them and adapt them to the subject matter you are writing about.

Another good tip, is try to memorise the best ones and type them out a few times. This will help you to develop a style.

First write your address, Secondly write the receiving office(r)'s address, thirdly the subject you want to take with them(underline it), fourthly start with 'Dear Sir/Madam, and continue your problems , in Ist para,a brief about you,in the second & third one, the particular point you want to take with them.Finish with a 'Thanking you' and 'Yours Faithfully' with your signature. On the top left mention the place you are writing from amd below it, date of writing. This is Indian procedure.
