It is a scam, do NOT send any money to anyone!
First of all, NO one in their right mind is going to hire anyone without a resume and application that they have seen all ready, plus at least one interview with you. Then, when one is talking about children this is a little more than irresponsible, they would want to know ALL about you, a background check and a criminal check before they would think to hire you. Then they would want someone from the same country, why go to the expense of paying for some one in another country?
No one would send a contract before all of the details were worked out first. Then on top of ALL of that, they mention Nigeria? Oh, that sets off the biggest alarm of all. Run, do not walk, for the hills.
Boy, do you need to learn some employment etiquette and quick. Then, remember this, any fraud that may be committed can be done one hundred times more easily online.

1) Your questions doesn't contain any reason for visa rejection. Therefore no worries.
2) Without a NoC you are subject to a 6 month work ban unless you will work in a FZ.
3) Emloyees working at FZ are sponsored a) by the company or b) by the FZ authority.
4) Ask the FZ authority if said company is still considered a FZ comany.
5) Every FZ has it's own rules and regulations which you may find online or infos may be rovided by them and yes, also FZ has limited and unlimited contracts.
6) FZs do not fall under MoL regulations.

In case you work now under a limited contract and plan not to fulfill the same, a one year Immigration ban may apply. Another reason for a ban occurs in cae you signed a competition clause.

As far as I am concerned, a letter of reference should be based on what the reference is for. If we are talking about a job reference letter, then how it is written is important. You want to write an articulate, well thought out letter.

When we are talking about a college reference, I think it is more important for the letter to be meaningful. You really want to get across the point that this person is going to work hard. That is what is most important.

You just need to make sure that you make them seem eligible.
