Buy a plain (no picture) good quality thank you card and envelope a raised design is okay, but white, or cream. Hand write it in blue or black ink. To not use dear etc. just simply say how much your society appreciated their generous donation of the venue. You can also say how being able to hold you meeting there added to the successful outcome. and sign it with your name on behalf of the bla bla society. Address the envelope to the company, and put it to the attention of the person you dealt with.
