Just be true about what you really intend, from experience and research, they don't solely base the letter to grant her a visa but your financila capability that you can really support her for the stay, also, the embassy will see to it that your girlfriend will not stay illegally/overstaying by really checking her that she has a strong bond in her original country and definitely will come back after her visit.
