normally they will issue u a job release letter to stated that u r being choosen and due to this u r now getting the retrench treatment so the employer shall offer u a retrench treatment which u r able to receive some money from the employer if there is a black and white written in their company policy or on ur employee's contract!!! anyhow this will only pratice on those big firm and listed company about urs maybe not the same!!! the above only my friend example not all will follow!!

or, u can complain which means u can write in to call for ask to explain... any how this practice shall be more that three men than only seem to be serious... than ask for reason during the meeting... u want explain u want black & white all can be discuss during this meeting...

Its short, sweet and to the point. Edit as needed. Make sure to send this certified with return receipt. This ensures that he received it.

Make sure to take pictures of the property after you clean it and before you hand over keys. If he comes back on you saying you did not clean something but you did, then these will be evidence. Make sure to clean real good, even under the refridgerator and stove. Once you complete your walk-through, make sure to have him sign a paper saying that the property was returned in satisfactory condition, marking down any damage that may be present. Both of you need to sign this and date it. Its just a way to protect yourself.

Notices to quit should be kept for 6 years.
It may not be wise to personalise your reasons to try and make your boss look bad. It may affect your reference.
There is no need to give a reason why you have decided to quit in your written notice.
Sometimes your employer will ask you verbally why you are leaving, then you can give your reasons.
If it helps you feel better, it does not reflect well on any boss to have a high staff turnover.
Just write "Please accept this as my notice to leave your employment, effective from today."
Good luck for the future. Not everyone gets on well with their boss.

Be politie, clear and to the point, date it and make a copy for your files - so you have proof and it doesn't hurt to have a certificate of mailing [proof of mailing]....

You are right, if the reason you are leaving is due to a personality conflict with a coworker or supervisor, this is not the place to discuss it.
