How to write a letter of demand?

We Answered:

Name of borrower
Address

Dear Mr. Borrower,

Loan of [state amount of loan]
Loan Agreement dated [date of agreement]

We refer to the above matter.

As you are aware, we had granted to you a loan in the sum of [amount of loan] at your request subject to and upon the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement dated [date of agreement] made between you and ourselves.

It was a term of the Loan Agreement that you are to pay the full amount of the loan on or before [date of repayment]. Despite our repeated requests for payment, you have failed and/or neglected to pay the said loan and/or any part thereof to us.

Since you have breached the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, please be informed that the Loan Agreement has been terminated and we hereby demand from you the full amount of the loan in the sum of [amount of loan].

How to write a demand letter to a hospital for wrongful death?

We Answered:

For something like that you need to get an attorney involved as soon as possible. Do not talk to only one attorney either, go to 2 or 3 and state your thoughts to them and get their opinions. Some attorney's will offer this consultation for free others will charge a minimum fee. But I think it's important you talk to more than one attorney, after all their are scumbag attorney's out there just like there are bad doctors.

How do you write a letter to demand children services sends kids bk?

We Answered:

If your medical issues prevent you from properly caring from your kids then letting a family member help would be better than foster care. You just need to find someone reliable or perhaps get a restraining order against your gram. Your lawyer should have been more helpful.

How to write a letter demanding a raise?

We Answered:

Step one is to have an exit plan in case your "demand" isn't met with much enthusiasm.

Step two - ask for a meeting with your boss (and whoever else you deem necessary) and CALMLY *key word here* discuss this issue. Have bullet points you want to talk about written down so you can refer to them and keep yourself on topic. State your case, what you have done, what was promised to you, and what you think you are entitled to. Be firm, but professional - you deserve to be compensated for what you are bringing to the table. From the answers you get here - or don't get - you may want to take the matter further up the organizational ladder - HR maybe? But know that "promises" are hard to get enforced.

Hopefully, they do the right thing. If not - be sure to update your resume with your newly honed skills... :-)
