I wouldn't write anything until you have received something from them - after all it's their decision as to whether they think you are competant to do the job, and most HR people don't like to admit they made a mistake once they have taken you on. You can always decline the offer they make on the grounds of poor rates of pay or the job was not quite what you were looking for, or write them a short thank-you note for taking the time to interview you if they turn you down. Wait and see - don't burn your boats before anything transpires, and at the end of it interview experience is a good thing to have, it may make you better prepared for the next one.
