2)describe how you met your new friend, what were you doing? scouts a tomboy were you out playing? or are you a girly girl and you met her at one of her aunts tea parties?
3) describe her interests this leads into
4) her physical desc. and personality
5) normal closing letter stuff and how excited you are to learn from your new friend

Don't forget to start with Dear mom and close it with Love, whoever :)

Have fun with this it sounds like a fun project. I'd go the tea party route but I love scout's aunt. She is my favorite (although very understated) character!
