"Thank you for your recent offer of employment. After reconsidering the offer, I must withdraw my acceptance.

Thank you."

Since you've already "accepted" the offer (as you said in your post), you will have to withdraw the acceptance. I definitely wouldn't say that you are taking a better offer.

If you want to say that you are taking another offer, I would say: "I have accepted an opportunity elsewhere."
