How can you tell if a professor would write a good letter of recommendation for you?We Answered:
I hope you have an intuitive idea of whom is best to ask among those who have given you A grades, especially if you have taken more than one class from a professor and have earned A grades in all of them.In smaller classes, professors may call on you more frequently than others when you raise your hand, may smile at you, may speak to you in a warm tone of voice, and may give you oral or written compliments on your work. If it is customary at your school for professors to address students by their last names, it is a high compliment when a professor addresses you by your first name when speaking to you after class or greeting you in the hallway.
Speaking from experience, I certainly "just knew" whom to ask when I was an undergraduate. I credit these letters for my admission to a top ten professional school as I certainly was not admitted entirely on my grades and board scores.

my aunt will be retiring this month, how to write a good letter of recommendation as replacement to her?We Answered:
I'm answering this as if a) you are the one that wants to replace her and b) are considering writing this letter yourself.First off, you should ask your aunt to put in a good word for you to her boss, but casually. Then, your aunt can write a letter of recommendation for you which can be added to your resume when you apply.

The bearer of this letter (name of a person) is a friend of mine, and he has a good character background.
I would highly appreciate for giving him/her the opportunity (write down the topic).
Thank you.

hope this will give you some idea, i cant fully complete your desired letter of recommendation, because you didnt specify the kind and type of your recommendation. but the type and system of writing a formal letter just follow the format i made.
