My advice is work backwards on your list starting with interpersonal skills. By writing in a conversational style in your cover letter you can convey your ability to establish rapport with people. For example, instead of saying that I like people, you may say people fascinate me and I enjoy listening and exchanging ideas and experiences. You can express your communication skills through your writing and choice of words. For example instead of I am very good at communicating, you may say that instilling my message through thoughtful writing and persuasive speech is a constant goal. Organizational skills may be demonstrated by the way you construct your resume and by giving an example of some chaotic mess you straighten out. At my first job one of my self initiated projects was to develop a tracking system for office assignments, And for management skills perhaps you can relate some of your management experience giving some examples, such as as the team leader of a database development team, I was able to focus the teams efforts to produce a comprehensive error free database on time and under budget. you will be accurate and trustworthy with handling the money
