hmmm, why dont you start off by saying wat good of a friend she is and how she makes ur day a lot better. and after a little into the letter you can say some thing like "we've been spending alot of time together and i think im starting to have feelings for you" becarful you dont want to pressure her into any thing. make sure that u write that if she doesnt feel the same way about you then its ok and that you still wanna stay friends with her. wat ever you do dont say u love her unless u find out she feels the same way for u, because then u would make it akward for u to be friends if she doesnt feel the same way. i hope this was a little bit of help, good luch again =]

I was like your son socially anyways, shy around others not quite a nerd but not one of the cool kids either. he needs confidence, a positive male role model, someone to show him and guide him but dont push him failure will only lower his self esteem. as far as writing to him write a letter of encouragement. I'm proud of you son I know you can handle this, you have what it takes to be popular just relax and be yourself. that type of thing. show him that you see his talents and are proud of them. and be aware of the big bird sweater. (reference to Home alone Mccauley discusses how that can get a kid beat up) in other words dont do anything that will make him feel or appear foolish or different from other children. kids can be very cruel.

My parents wrote me a letter once where they told me how much they loved me had planned for me and how much they pray for me, I also went on a retreat. They told me they were proud of my achievements and that I deserved evrything the world has to offer. As far as being assertive its going to be very difficult b/c he is still a teenager and at that age you want to belong to something, but keep talking to him, tell him not to be afraid to stand his ground on what he believes is right.

I'm perplexed as to why a company large enough to have a 'Safety Department' wouldn't have a matter such as this handled by a Human Resources Department. If you must write this letter yourself, go talk to somebody in HR, and find out if the company has any sort of precedent letters you can work from.
