First, state your opinion.
Second, state why it is your opinion - up to 3 reasons.
Third, give logic behind each of your reasons.
Fourth, summarize why reasons back-up your opinion
Fifth, state your opinion again.

For example:

I believe in spaying and neutering cats and dogs. First, because it will decrease the population of unwanted pets and second, because it helps calm down overly aggressive or anxious pets.

Just think of all those unwanted pets who are put to death each day in pounds across the nation. How can we do nothing to help solve this problem which causes undue stress on both the animals and the people who have to do the job?

Do you remember going through kitten or puppyhood with your pet? Weren't both you and your pet a lot calmer after they returned from having their surgery?

Fewer unwanted, and more well-behaved pets - how can you beat that?

Have your pet spayed or neutered to help both them and you.
