I think what you were saying is that you are submitting an application to change your immigration papers to reflect your new name and new signature. If this isn't what you meant then do not use my corrections.

I changed my name legally. I would like to inform CIC that I have also changed the signature  on my driver's license since I received my new legal name. You will see this change on the photocopy of my current driver's license that I am providing as one of the supporting IDs with the application form. 

My old name was ‘XX XX and my current legal name now is ‘XX XX’, which shows on the name change document. I am submitting an application for a certified true copy, correction, or replacement of an immigration document because I no longer use my old signature due to my name change. I need to change the signature on my PR card to reflect my new name and signature.
