You forgot your GPA. This plus your ACT (which is good, but Yale can fill three classes with valedictorians who received a 36) will be the most important factor. You have some good soft criteria, but nothing exceptional (unless your novel was picked up by a major house, which will help) so if your course selection was challenging and your GPA is great, you should have a solid chance.

Keep in mind that Yale is extremely competitive - even if you have outstanding criteria, your numerical chance of getting in is very small.
