You should be getting help from your teachers or anyone with experience in this area at your school/college. Nevertheless the Ucas site is helpful. But just write about yourself, why you want to study Computer science, relevant experiance, what you want to gain etc etc. if you do that then figure out a structure it may flow better, because you want it to be unique not just following the simple structure.

as to what to say... no idea, all depends on you, personal statement and all... but if you have problems with speaking in front of people, my biggest suggestion is to never make eye contact. really seems to catch your focus and bam! empty head. try staring at their hair. that way they think your looking at them, but not as frightening

I just finished a graduate degree and that was the hardest thing I wrote -- my personal statement. It's sort of an ambiguous thing. Most of us are trained to not "toot our own horn," but in a personal statement, you have to do this. You have to focus on your goals, skills and beliefs.

These guys give an overview of what to think about, include and answer. It's from Purdue, so you won't get much better writing advice.

Also, consider www.wordtechs.com.

These guys will edit anything and usually for very little money (my friend spent $30 and got a great resume), plus they are personable and fast.
