Writing A Bio On Yourself
Deborah Said:
what should my facebook bio be?We Answered:
That's exactly what you should put in the bio section. Bio is just anything about yourself you want people to know. (:Frances Said:
so who else is like me?We Answered:
What? You have to be at least thirteen to participate in Yahoo!Answers.Tamara Said:

How to refer to yourself in the third person (narrative form)? We Answered:
Your answer would read like this...When Erin first decided on a career in the medical field, she was a freshman in high school.
You're just replacing all I's, me's, my's with a third person form. ( like the name, he, she, her, his... etc.)
*** you def. DON'T have to say the actual name everytime. It just sounds silly.

Help me fix a few problems in my intro paragraph (short).?We Answered:
This is a challenge - but my personal preference is to use his last name rather than his first. However, on to your question. Below is how I would write your paragraph. The American Revolution was a time of unity, freedom, liberty, and leadership. There were many who led during the Revolutionary War, though there were few who would become known as truly great leaders. Benedict Arnold was an amazing leader during the Revolution, and because of this, helped greatly in winning the American Revolutionary War, and is considered one of the greatest Revolutionary leaders. Benedict was a military commander and a general during the American Revolution, and was able to lead the Patriots and the Continental Army to many victories in the war due to his recklessness, lust for battle, ingenuity, pride, and the ability to make the Patriots know that they could indeed defeat the British.

Would you want to read my bio?We Answered:
You wrote, "To pass me in the street you wouldn’t notice me." It makes you seem (sorry) uninteresting. Try reading it without the second "me" at the end. Then (I think) it sounds intriguing. I wouldn't notice what? It makes me want to read the next sentence(s) to find out.I offer this because the first paragraph of a book, and especially the first sentence of that paragraph, often determines whether the reader will read any further.
"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to heaven, we were all going direct the other way - in short, the period was so far like the present period, that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being received, for good or for evil, in the superlative degree of comparison only."
(Charles Dickens, A Tale of Two Cities)
Good Luck
PS: We can't pass "in" street; however, we can pass "on" the street.
