Also if your near a miliary post see if you can contact an FRG (Family Readiness Group). They may be able to give you some specific names of soldiers.

Good luck and thank you.

Ramona Said:

where can I find an address to write soldiers serving overseas?

We Answered:

There is a great organization called hugs from home that allows you to 'adopt' a soldier over seas. Their only requirement is that you send one letter a month. Many send more than that and also send an occasional care package, but none of that is required. If you are a soldier over seas or are getting ready to go overseas, you can also sign yourself up to recieve letters from people back home. Keep in mind, this is not a pen pal program and the men and women over seas are VERY busy and you may never hear back from them. If you want more information on HUGS, you can find them at http://www.hugsfromhome.org
