Write In Arabic

Bobby Said:

How to write arabic name Adiva in arabic scipt?

We Answered:

????? is indeed correct.

Farhan, you're technically right that a direct transliteration of "?????" (Adiva) into English would be "Adifa,"with an "f" instead of a "v." This is only because the Arabic alphabet doesn't have a standardized letter for the v sound, so an "f" (?) is used instead. However, some exceptions apply to this. The accepted way to transliterate certain foreign words requiring the "v" is to use "?" (my browser won't let me type it, that's how infrequently it is used. See the source below for an article on it). It's basically the same as the ? , but with three dots on top instead of one. It is only used for writing foreign words in Arabic.

????? is pronounced with a "hard f" in Arabic and English, meaning it almost sounds like a "v." While an "f" may technically be the correct spelling in English, we spell it "Adiva" in order to communicate the v-like sound to non-Arabic speakers who wouldn't otherwise recognize the name.

Where can I find a tool to write Arabic words in English?

We Answered:

I get what u mean, there is no website that would translate arabic to english alphabets, and also there are no websites that writes an arabic word according to how it is pronounced in english.
You could find help here by posting a question for what u want,im sure its not a problem, cuz what ur asking for is no big deal.
