Write A Will

Danielle Said:

is it necessary to hire a lawyer to write or register/file a will in Texas?

We Answered:

The only other thing I see would be to file it at the Clerk of Courts along with your executor. The main thing about writing your own will would be loopholes that the unknowing non professional could inadvertantly leave, but using your scenario of copying an existing will, to my untrained nonlegal mind, it sounds like you have it covered.

Best of luck and I hope this is useful

How will they write Skip Sheffield off the storyline?

We Answered:

I don't believe that they are going to write him off. Skip has turned out to be one of Nexus' better wrestlers... a real powerhouse, so I think they'll just say that he got injured. Prior to his injury, Sheffield and Otunga were going to wrestle for the tag team title at the Night of Champions... the injury nixes that opportunity because Otunga is too weak to win the title with another wrestler. Speaking of Otunga, Sheffield's injury might mean the end for David... Skip carried him through several tag team matches, no one else can. Soon he may be back to just being a Red Carpet Escort and Baby Daddy. He should wise up, step out of the ring, take that Harvard Law Degree and become a Sports and Entertainer Attorney.

What is a program that will write in newspaper format?

We Answered:

If you need columns, then Word or Word Perfect. Many newspapers use Quark Express, but that program is VERY expensive.

What is the likelihood a public hospital will write off a bill for a poor college student?

We Answered:

You definitely should talk to a financial counselor at the hospital. What they could do is write the bill off (unlikely) or make an offer for a lesser charge with a payment plan. However, most hospitals require you to stick to the plan or they'll go back to their original charges and maybe send you to a collections agency. If I were you, I'd try to work out some kind of payment plan. Paying $10 a month is better than not paying at all.
