What can i do to improve my reading writing and grammar? We Answered:
Try hanging out with people who bring you out of your shell, as you will eventually gain confidence. As for the reading, writing, and grammar, maybe try reading a lot more (novels, the newspaper, etc), as this is the easiest way to gain sentence fluency (the varying of sentence lengths in your writing), grammar, spelling, etc. Also, seeing difficult words that you may not know in context, could improve your vocabulary. Good luck!Maurice Said:

What are some reading and writing tips for tutoring? We Answered:
Make the subject matter interesting, and have it fun. Very hard to give specifics, as I don't know his interests or his levels but... Writing example: You could start a story with a few sentences, and then give him the paper where he would write no less than 3, but no more than 5 sentences, andf then he would give the paper back to you (This could be something He could do between tutring sessions if he takes too long.) Reading example: You could read a dialogue/script of a cool movie that is somewhat current, so you guys can each take turns. This way you could model for him and show him how much fun it is.
