Yes, it is possible. Many people can read but cannot write.The opposite is something else.. in order to write you must know how to read.

How is the job market in Athens more accessible to me now I am learning to read, write and speak Greek?We Answered:
Knowing Greek will help you of course, but most importantly you need to have the qualifications required in the specific job you want to get. Obviously you can try teaching English, but if you have any other qualifications or studies, you should look for a job in that field.Ann Said:
what is said to be the hardest and easiest language to learn, read, write, and speak?We Answered:
I think the hardest language should be Armenian...We (the Armenians) have our own grammar` which is verry difficult, our own letters` which are verry confusing to both read AND understand, we don't have question mark... it's something like a small horizontal six "9" after the vowel sound :S... we also don't have an explanation mark! our explanation mark is the opposite of this symbol ( ` ) ... also our fullstop isn't a dot, it's two dots on each other like this ( : ) ...
Look at our alphabet ---> ? ?

So, it's a verrry complicated language, BUT I'm perfect in it!

What is the best way to learn to read, write and speak Hindi?We Answered:
Try getting "Hindi in 10 minutes per day". You can find it at most Barnes & Noble Booksellers. They start with the basics...yes, no, thank you, hello, and then they move into things like numbers, days of the week, months, colors, etc.They make learning any language very easy.

Learning to read/write/speak japanese?We Answered:
I would go for an immersion program at The Bridge Language Institute http://bridgelanguagecenter.com . They have the best native professor and their method of teaching integrates reading writing listening and speaking. This should help you learn the language quite fast.
