Tips on How to write resignation letter;?We Answered:
As noted above, ALWAYS be polite and respectful. (Never burn a bridge behind yourself, you never know when you might need them for a reference).I would write something along these lines:
Sir;
Regretfully, I am forced to offer my resignation of employment with you due to extenuating circumstances.
Please accept this as my two weeks notice effective this date. This move on my part is not due to your company, policy or management. All have been exemplary.
Respectfully:
Best of luck to you and I hope this can be useful to you

How to write resignation letter due to less salary?We Answered:
Hi....As an employee of an organization for 26 years, I think you should not mention your reason to resign from your job, cause when you write your reason as that you are not getting a salary hike it shows in one way or the other it is like pointing the companies policy etc., rather if you are not satisfied with your salary, simply write a resignation letter by using polite words etc., and remember most of the time the responsible person (Manager,GM, or whoever it would be) definitely enquire you the reason behind to submit your resignation, at this point of time you can explain verbally or in written format WHY you want to resign from your job., and make sure that you have already given a hint that you are expecting a salary hike verbally or by writing to your manager.All the best and best regards.
