How to write an obituary of a professor? We Answered:
Contact his/her colleagues and students in order to obtain a glimpse of how he/she was received in the "community". Review his/her "extra curricular" activities, especially "good deeds". Note any "unusual" interests he/she had, via the help of family and friends.Blend them all together and create as positive a "picture" as possible, and indicate how much he/she was appreciated and will be "missed". He/she will award you an A from the 4th/5th dimension :)))

How to write an obituary for To Kill a Mockingbird? We Answered:
Here's a good basic outline for an obituary:Basic Obituary Template
NAME, AGE, of RESIDENCE, died (passed away, went to heaven, etc.), DATE (cause of death optional).
HE/SHE was born (PLACE, DATE OF BIRTH, PARENTS). NAME graduated from SCHOOL and received DEGREE from SCHOOL. HE/SHE was married to SPOUSE'S NAME (date of wedding optional).
INSERT OPTIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION HERE: Employment history, accomplishments, organizations, activities, etc.
HE/SHE was survived by CHILDREN, GRANDCHILDREN, ETC. (Make sure to separate each entry with a semicolon or it can get messy. See the example below.)
Funeral arrangements will be held TIME, DATE and PLACE.
Adjust this based on the character that you choose. Of the character's you've named, I believe Mrs. Dubose would be the easiest as she died the most natural death. With Tom or Bob Ewell, you'd need to delicately phrase things because most obituaries won't come straight out and say, "was shot as he tried to escape justice" or "fell upon his own knife." That much being said, you could use these characters if you employ phrases such as "passed away suddenly."
Hope that helps!

That's an interesting prompt. Generally, with obits, you want to get right to the point: "2010, aged 365 days, died December 31 in his home in Nantucket." Or something like that. Use humor and hyperbole (as I just did in saying that 2010 died in his home in Nantucket). You can give 2010 relatives, children, mean uncles, whatever. In writing the obit, reference major news events of the day. You can Google these: "Major news events of 2010." You'll probably get hit with thousands of articles. Pick the ones you can play with, have fun with.
For your finish, you can say something like "2010 is survived by 2011, an impetuous and unruly New Year ..."
(Or whatever suits your fancy.)
I'd recommend against hitting the reader with all sorts of facts and figures; try for the dry humor angle. Death is boring enough without the numbers, don't you think?
Good luck!

How to write an obituary? We Answered:
Khushi Smith was born January 14, 1993 in Lower Slobovia, New Jersey. She passed away on Monday September 24, 2007. She is survived by her parents, Dick and Jane Smith, and her siblings Tom, Dick , Harry , Mary, Ellen , Sue, Sissy and Bethany Smithshe was a wonderful person who participated in 14 sports in middle school, and was the team captain of 12 of the teams. she was a straight "A" student, and liked by all the teachers because she was such a kiss-up. She died of an explosion of the brain, caused by an inflated ego, because she was sure she was better than anyone else in the school. She developed this false image of herself because she got good grades by being nice to all the teachers all through grade school
She had no money of her own, and her parents did not have life insurance on her because they were sure she would life to a be a productive worker and take care of them in their old age. Therefore she did not have a will, or anything to leave to anyone except her old clothes that were all out of style.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to pay the funeral parlor and the cemetery fees
I do not understand the part about how much you are worth. I do not normally see that in an obituary, though it will probably be in the ones for Bill Gates or Warren Buffet
Obviously, this is just a sample. You know your own life so you should be able to do a much better job
