That shows up on all pages you can see yours by viewing your page the way your friends see it. When you are on My Page look to the right, there is a preview as seen by box, check whatever and hit go! It will be there according to your settings for that category! Hope this helps.To write a testimonial they have to be connected to you! Wither it be a friend or in your favorites.

On the right hand side it will say "Testimonials". Just beneath that will be a hyperlinked item that will say "Write a testimonial about Joe Smith". Click on that and write what you have to say.

Once you finish hit "Submit". The photographer will have to approve your testimonial but once you have been then it will show up.

I met Miss Du Gard on my way to the ------------- High School where I am an English teacher. I dropped the keys to my classroom and she picked them up and handed them to me. She was sweet, properly dressed for high school, and courteous. She told me her name and we walked together for one-half block. After entering the high school building, I went to my classroom and she went to the gymnasium where students congregate before school starts. I made a mental note when we separated in the school corridor about Bonnie. I said to myself that girl is going to be somebody in this high school.

Later that year, I saw Ms.Du Gard putting up posters outside one of her classes with posters announcing she was running for freshman class president. At the beginning of the next year, I saw Miss Du Gard again enrolled in my English class. I examined her academic record as I did with all of my students and shaw she had a 3.8 GPA in her first year. That was an amazing record for a freshman.

All through the semester in my class, she asked good questions, stimulated class discussions, laughed with the class as several of my own mistakes. Overall, my opinion of her talents, her personality, and her grades made me believe she will be an excellent candidate for college. When she is ready for college, she also will make a mark for __________ High School. I am honored to present her as an outstanding high school student to be awarded the _____ scholarship award.

Use a professional letter template like from MS Word.

First Paragraph should simply state who you are, what your position is, and in what professional capacity you know the employee. You should also state that you are writing to recommend him as an employee

2nd Paragraph - Indicate how long the employee was employed at the company and what their title was. Go into an overview of what the employee's specific job responsibilities were and how the employee performed them. If the employee received any special recogonition...like employee of the month or some sort of award..indicate that too and why they received it.

Third Paragraph - Indicate what you feel are the employees best attributes and skills and what you feel are the kinds of roles that they would excel in.

Conclusionary paragraph - Offer up your contact information incase the potential employer would like additional information

You should keep this all to fit on one page. It's also always a good sign if you add something in there about how you would hire them again if you had the chance. This speaks volumes. Good luck.

What others have said is true - my mistake. You can't see your own testimonial button (even in the "preview" dropdown). However, if you are not completely connected to a friend, then they won't be able to leave a testimonial either and vice versa. So, the second part of my statement still stands.

You invite them and they should invite you. Everyone should accept each other's invitation. Go to the Mailbox's inbox and click on the invitations and accept them. Ask your friends to do the same.

See what happens...if everyone is connected to each other, then you will see a "blue person icon" next to their name under the "Contacts" box (left side, bottom) on your 360 "Home" page. If you see a green cross, either one of you hasn't accepted an invitation. If you see no icon, no invite has been accepted on either side. You can have up to 300 connections, but only 100 outstanding invitations at once.
