Are you serious? Get a job. The fact that you are asking this question indicates some serious character flaws.

One bad check is a criminal offense. As a former probation officer, I can tell you that in my state you would get a 20 day suspended sentence and probation for two years to run consecutively on each case (each check). You would also pay restitution - the amount of the checks, a $256 fee to the DA's office on each check, fines and court cost on each check.

Thats 70K in restitution, 17920 in DA fees, appx 24,500 in fines and court costs, plus 30 a month in probation fees until you got it all paid off. You would be on probation for 140 years or until you got it paid off. If you messed up and probation was revoked, you would do 1400 days in jail or 3.84 years and still owe the money.

You can go to jail for writing one bad check.
They will send the check to the DA's office and the DA's will add about 115.00 to the amout of the check plus what ever the merchant adds usually between 28-30 dollars.
On top of that the bank will charge her a NSF charge for every overdraft and the bank can sue her.
I was in court with my sister for a claim she filed against someone and there were several people there that had written bad checks. The judge ask them how much money they brought with them. The ones that had enough money to pay them all off plus court cost she put on probation. The ones that didnt have the money she sent straight to jail. There were several people that were in there for the 2nd or 3rd time writing bad checks she sent them straight to jail no matter how much money they had on them the least amount of time was 30 days.
Also if the judge sees you knew you had no money but kept writing checks she/he will send your butt to jail. Because you did it intentionally.

Wal-Mart don't accept checks anymore they void your check and hand it back to you (without letting you know in advance) and then they debit your account (without your permission).
