Help Writing A Resume

Derek Said:

Need help writing resume for college campus job?

We Answered:

In any job resume its just a written format for selling yourself. I'm sure you aware of that. So now that your out of school you could list any classes you've completed with regard to the job your applying for...then sell your self.... Are you prompt? Are you courteous? Do you work well with others? Those sorts of things. Then give a few reasons as to why you are interested in this field.... I'm sure you'll do fine.... and don't over think it,,,,, just be yourself and it'll be OK.

Older worker. Need help writing resume. Experience as a word processor and transcriber.?

We Answered:

Um, list the most current software you are familiar with. Do you also use excel (can you embed a spread sheet into a work document) are you familiar with adding graphics or even doing power point?

Rather than stress your job experience (since it's mostly one place) you will want to stress your job skills. That actually includes things like promptness, deadlines, communications within and outside of your department, and are all good things to state clearly on a resume. Also if you can describe any new job responsibilities that you grew into while working there, that would be good.

Basically stress your abilities to learn, adapt, work unsupervised when needed, and of course your reliability

What is the going rate for resume writing?

We Answered:

$50.00 is a good price to charge for a standard resume and it's MS Word file. Yes, certified services get $300 and up, but this includes a distribution network, web hosting and other amenities.

help with writing resume for healthy food store...?

We Answered:

Basically, a resume is just a fancy way of showing work history. The only thing that could make it specific to a healthy food store would be the Objective. The Objective could be like this:

Objective: To work within an organization that promotes good health to it's customers by offering healthy food choices, and to work with a team that excels in great customer service.

Although most stores only require an application, and not a resume unless you were applying for a management position. Try looking up the company on line and applying there.
