I suggest you take private lessons, that is the best way, believe me! I´m sure you speak a lot of English with your co-workers, which of course helps you to know more English every day. Reading English literature about the business world, also other literature, of course, watching English TV, having friends to talk to (not just business), everything helps.

Give yourself time, even if you don´t believe it, you learn English all the time as you hear English, you speak it everyday, so have patience. However, don´t forget the private lessons. I´m quite sure your English will improve a lot and that includes your business as well as your English in writing and communication. Good luck!
