First, make sure your heading and greeting are correct. You can find models online. You have to be a little creative. In paragraph 1 you say why you are writing. This can be one or two sentences.
In paragraph 2 you need to make up some reason why you want the assignment. It could be that you're applying for a scholarship and need to bring up your grade in the class. Or it could be that you're on the verge of failing and would like the opportunity to improve. Whatever.
In the 3rd pragraph you elaborate a little: give yourself a deadline and say when the assignment will be completed. Last paragraph, "Thank you for your attention to my request. I hope to hear from you soon." Then below that, Yours truly, then your signature. You can type it in block form, which means skip lines between paragraphs but don't indent.

u can do so online or buy a book. but 1st of all u must train your mind to start thinking in english. this is a slow and difficult process. once u can master a little, u r there. some of the books appear difficult - u can substitute simpler english words.
if u can afford it - stay 2months in an english village in britain - u will start thinking in english soooon
