the problem with america is that we believe money is equivalent to power and success. until we get over pursuing 'the american dream' i'm afraid things are just going to get worse.

i know i didn't answer your question, but i feel that money aka the american dream is pursued to abitiously by us americans...we're willing to kill over it. i think the nation, not just conservatives, needs a reality check.

the real american dream should be living harmoniously with everyone, not slitting throats, backstabbing, or selling your soul to get to the top of the food chain.

Have you thought of getting in touch with different magazines, or newspapers to submit articles that you have written or can write? Lots of magazines have areas for short stories and I think your essays could be submitted here.I have been thinking of doing something similar and that's what I've thought of doing so far. I would also be interested in knowing more, when you do.
