It's not that easy to find much free preparation material online (though there are a number of books and courses available) but hopefully the links below will help you. Part of the reason that there might not be much detailed info for free on the web is that it appears the writing portion would just follow the form of typical essay, (thesis/introduction, body/supporting points, conclusion) and if you follow the basics, and put in some time and effort, you should do very well.

That information can't be released because the test makers claim that the test material will become useless, even if you just want to see what you wrote. The only thing you will get to see is the prompt but not what you wrote. You can try looking in your records, however you may not be able to access it on the Internet.
