Write a five-paragraph essay about the causes and effects of discrimination against handicapped women? We Answered:
5 paragraphs, that's it? It's probably for high school and you probably waited until the last minute and now you don't know how to do it or are too lazy to do it yourself. The topic is easy and at only 5 paragraphs, you should have been able to do it yourself. Don't ask others to do your work for you.Crystal Said:
How to write a five paragraph essay? We Answered:
I agree with o0adam0o. Here's another way to say that:Intro paragraph: First tell them the point you are about to make, also called a thesis or theory. (normally this is some kind of opinion)
Middle 3 paragraphs: Each paragraph describes something that makes your thesis sound credible. Let's say your thesis is that a book is really worth reading. Your middle paragraphs might describe 3 well-done things about the book, like believable characters, good writing, etc.
Conclusion paragraph: Summarize what you just said and why those 3 things prove your point.
It's easier than it sounds.
It's just like what you want to convince your mom why you should be able to borrow the car. You tell her you're reliable. Then you give her 3 good examples proving how you're reliable, and then you conclude that therefore you should get to borrow the car. It's simple. You probably use this system everyday to make an argument.
good luck!

how do you write a conclusion paragraph for a 5 paragraph essay? We Answered:
A good conclusion should briefly reiterate the main points of your previous paragraphs and tie them together to the main theme of your essay in a coherent way. It should not contain any new information. Avoid the temptation to use over-used phrases like "In conclusion", which your poor teacher probably reads at the end of most of the other essays. Be consise and clear, and make firm statements that you have used the previous paragraphs to prove. Compare your conclusion to your introduction. The conclusion should answer whatever your introduction set out to accomplish without being a repetition of the intro.
