Anything you create in England is automatically your own copyright unless you created it under a contract that says otherwise (say as part of your job). So if you want to put up a copyright notice on your website, go ahead, if it's yours it is your copyright. Say something like "(c) Your Name 2008. All rights reserved."

However what you have to do then is hope people respect your copyright. It's yours by legal right but to protect it you must take people who violate it to court.

The issue is that you need to be able to prove you created the work and when. While I am sure about the above I am not sure about is what would constitute proof.

PS The previous answerer didn't obviously note the word ENGLAND! But he was helpful anyway so I'm not sure he deserves thubs down.

I would give you 50 over 100, I have just corrected some verbs, the wordings and format. You shall pay more attention to the verbs (present and future tense), the words you use according to the context and it seems that you are very young due to your English level. Take the criticisms positively, please as it will help you to go up the ladder. Overall it is definitely a good try and there is room for improvement. Best of luck.

There was a spelling mistake though; it's you not your in the first sentence.
And where it says "such courses as", change it to "courses such as".
At the end instead of a period after yours I would put a comma.

Hm, grade wise probably a 98; only a few minor mistakes.
