Your first paragraph is your introduction. This is where you talk about everything you're going to say. Write all the things you like to do in this paragraph. Your last sentence should be a thesis which, in this case, should be something like, "I enjoy riding my bike, swimming, and ice skating."
Then the second paragraph will be all about the first thing, riding my bike. So in this paragraph you write about why you like riding your bike.
The third will be about why you like swimming.
The fourth will be about why you like ice skating.
The last paragraph is your conclusion where you breifly say what you said in your middle three paragraphs. It's basically a summary of what you just said.

Because when reading all a person needs to read is the first paragraph to decide whether the essay will be interesting, well written, and worth their time. If the intro is weak, one assumes the rest of the paper will be, therefore, deciding not to waste their time, they'll put it down.
