Kids Essay Writing
Andrew Said:
Writing essay on not charging kids as adults? We Answered:
say that it is not fair since a child is not fully developed, it is immoral to subject children to adult punishments—it is an ineffective deterrent to crime and the psychological scars it inflicts will likely lead the juvenile offender back to crime. Youths lack the ability to perform critical adult functions, such as plan, anticipate consequences, and control impulses. If there is restrictions on voting rights, alcohol and tobacco consumption, and serving in the armed forces, there should be a restriction that you should not be tried no matter what you did unless you are 18 years of age.Another point is that...The United States, according to Amnesty International, is the only Western democracy that tries children as adults. Another is that..most youthful offenders will be physically and/or sexually assaulted within seventy-two hours of admission to adult correctional facilities. So bottom line..first, adolescents are not fully developed mentally and are prone to poor impulse control; second, even the most violent juvenile offender can be rehabilitated with proper treatment; last, the United States has a juvenile justice system that is designed to help youthful offenders, not punish them.
So there you go. I gave you plenty of points! :) Hopefully it will help.

writing essay on not charging kids as adults? We Answered:
Children can copy their parents behaviour. That is a fact.Children don't work so they can't pay fines like an adult should be able too.
Children can be pushed/bullied into crime because of fear where as an adult should be able to handle a situation as an adult and not be bullied.
Hope this helps. :)

I am writing a persuasive essay about how kids should be involved in their school...?We Answered:
Involving students in the classroom provides the sense of ownership in their learning. It is easier to keep most students engaged in a lesson when they are participating through discussions, labs, projects and other student centered activities. Once engaged, students create their own respectful classroom environment through their interactions with the teacher and other students. When the teacher models respectful behavior as well then students further their understanding of how to show respect.Another way to involve students is through classroom meetings. In a class meeting students should feel comfortable asking questions, providing their opinions and also supporting their classmates. The meetings should also provide students with the opportunity to make decisions about some classroom rules and expectations, such as seating charts.
Keeping students involved and engaged in activities is the very best solution. When students are excited about their learning, they are motivated to pay attention in class. You get excited because your students are actually paying attention. The students sense your excitement and get even more motivated to stay in your class. The positive effects continue to pile up. However, it isn't always easy to keep students involved and engaged. Below are a few tips and ideas to help you along.
First of all, paper/pencil worksheets are not engaging activities. Do they keep students busy? Yes. Are they motivating? No. Reading the textbook aloud and then answering questions at the end of the section is not an engaging activity. Does it take up the whole class period? Yes. Is it motivating and exciting to students? No. While these activities deceptively look like they keep students involved and engaged, in reality they do not. In fact, you can generally meet the same goals and objectives with different activities.
Activities that involve and engage students are ones where they are manipulating the information physically and mentally. Students need to be moving around, working in groups, and discovering information for themselves. Reading along, taking notes, listening to a lecture, or copying vocabulary words are all passive learning activities. Instead you want to get students actively thinking and moving. How can you accomplish this? You need to start thinking "out of the box."
