An introductory paragraph describing three points which you will include in your answer.

Then place another three paragraphs, each one developing one aspect of you answer.

Then conclude with a 5th paragraph which repeats what you just said.

If you practice doing this once a day, you will have no problem whatsoever next time you face an essay examination.
