Good or bad - just write something about your community. Your teacher wasn't specific, so I see this as a pretty open ended essay. Write about your neighbors, the traffic, people's lawns, any crime or other problems, etc.

I'm sorry, when I first read the question, I actually thought you were quoting them.

No teacher gives out 100's. That's the point. Yes, you tried, and you did well, but there's always room for improvement. There's never perfection. And that's what's supposed to keep you going as a student. You want to try and do even better. If the teacher gives you a 70, and tells you what you need to improve on, try and use those tips in your next essay, and hope for an 80, and so on.

If you got 100s all the time, life would be boring. There would be no point in trying hard anymore.
