How To Write An Outline For An Essay

Janet Said:

How do I write an outline for an Essay on a play with A LOT of info?

We Answered:

I'll try to help, but not knowing the play or your thesis makes this difficult.
I. Introduction
A. How are you going to introduce your essay? What is your hook. Here you probably want to actually write the first sentence of your essay.
B. Thesis Statement. Here write your thesis. Make it short and to the point. Remember that you are not to provide and proof of anything in your introduction.
II. Body
A. First major point. This is a topic sentence for your second paragraph. Don't provide any proof in this sentence. That's what the rest of the paragraph is for.
1. Write a statement of fact that supports your topic sentence.
a. Write a sentence that shows how your statement of fact supports your topic sentence.
b. Write another sentence that shows you understand how the fact supports the topic sentence.
2. Write another statement of fact and repeat the process from above.
B. Second major point. Repeat what you just did.

Continue with this format until you have finished your essay.

Jessie Said:

Can someone help me write an outline for this Romeo and Juliet assignment?

We Answered:

hey manage to have a conversation about "that villain Romeo" in which Lady Capulet misinterprets 99.9% of everything that Juliet says.
# Lady Capulet announces her big, exciting news: in two days, Juliet will be marrying Paris!
# Juliet responds fiercely that she will not marry Paris under any conditions. Her mother can’t understand what’s going on with her thirteen-year-old daughter. Juliet didn’t used to be so stubborn and headstrong. Lady Capulet throws up her hands and decides to let her husband handle this. "Wait ‘til your father gets home."

Help Me Write An Outline For An Essay!! PLEASE!?

We Answered:

The outline is pretty much the whole essay. You don't need help. You just want us to do it for you. Outlines aren't difficult concepts to understand, but if you need that explained, I'd be happy to help. Otherwise, stop being lazy.

How do you write an analytical essay?

We Answered:

A Restriction is some statement that makes your thesis only apply to certain situations or conditions or areas. like "but only at the back of the room" "....this happens only to those who have contact".

Clincher is a statement that finalizes everything and says like "from what has already been said and from the arguments above we can therefore say that such and such is true(or this is the way it is..)
