International relationships are viewed as the greatest importance to the united kingdom. Maybe in the beginning of your essay, talk about international relationships right now and what state they are in.

Then you could talk about uk's relationship with both euope and united states, giving a balanced argument and in your conlcusion you will finally work out whether the uk views both as important or favours one over the other.

R- details + additional info. like description of story
T- Topic sentence- what ur writing about
C- Concluding sentence with transition to second paragraph.

Put these in the order the prewrite is in. BTW, R stands for reinforcing details.
