Oh, yeah, I remember this essay! What you may find easier to do organization wise is spend 10 minutes on a clear rubric, with side notes of what to mention in each paragraph. Also the essay is basically done for you -
I. Introduction...optional
II. My Character (you can give background information ie about family and your morals)
III. My Leadership (what your favorite/ most impacting role was and why)
IV. Scholarship (why learning is important to you)
V. Service (can mention anything, like what service does for you and your community)
VI. Conclusion (How these four factors are important and shape who you are)
