Okay. So, you should first make an outline, that is the best way to write an essay.

Example (You have to write an essay about who you are as a person and who you want to be in the future):

--Introduction- I am a kind, positive, and serving person for many reasons. I want to be a role model and a person that is liked for who they are in the future.
--Topic #1- Kind. I am kind because I don't pick on other people, I help people out, and I am not rude.
--Topic #2- Positive. I am positive because I do everything with smile, rather than an "Oh, man!" and a snotty attitude.
--Topic #3- Serving. I am a serving person because I do things voluntarily for others, without having to be asked to do things all the time.
--Topic #4- Role Model. I want to be a role model because that is a good thing, rather than being a bad influence to people and it would be a good thing.
--Topic #5- Liked for who I am. I want to be liked for who I am in the future, rather than having people try to change me into the person they want me to be.

That is your outline, then you can just add details to each one of those topic to make up your paragraphs.
