It depends on what kind of angle you are looking for. Supposing a person was abused as a child by their parents. How would their perception of love be different from a child who was adequately nurtured? How would that be different from a child who was overly smothered with love and affection, perhaps to the point that they reject such love and affection and go seeking something else (perhaps an abusive relationship)? How would either of those be different from somebody who might be given a more balanced approach of appropriate love and affection?

Maybe talk about the types of love. How is the love from your parents different than the love for your boyfriend? Love for your dog? Love for your aunts and uncles? Love for your BF? Love of George Bush? OK, sorry about that one.
