I live in the USA and I take English Honors in ninth grade, and we write a ton of papers (probably a new one every 1-2 weeks). Although, I hear you don't write many papers in tenth grade unless you take the AP course.

I am pretty sure it is okay. Things to watch out for are 1st/2nd pronouns and sometimes contractions (didn't, hasn't, couldn't, etc...)
If you are writing in in past tense then obviously don't use ing words since those imply present/future tense words.

Are your papers original research results (e.g. new data analysis)? If so then you can talk to your professors about what journals for which the papers would be appropriate submissions. You will likely need to reformat the paper/figures and have the closest professor to the research as a second author to have a chance of journal acceptance.

If your papers are literature style reviews of already established data, then you really do not have a chance to publish these professionally. Most review papers are written by invited authors who are well known experts on the specific field. One option you have in this case is to see if you can establish a website via your current undergraduate department. You can post the papers in pdf form along with your CV and any other pertinent information.

No, they don't have to keep them. Most will give them back, and throw them away within a semester if the students don't pick them up. You usually only have a few months to contest a grade, so there's no point in keeping them beyond that.

You might find foreign students who need help with English grammar, but for the most part, people who enter graduate programs are excellent writers, even in the sciences, math, and engineering. The types of papers you write in grad school are often supposed to be publication-quality, and you really can't help a grad student with that. Their professor can give them the best advice.
