i've been caught a couple of times - but never had to write an essay on it!
say stuff like: we were supposed to be concentrating. Sorry for distracting the other person, the teacher and everyone else in the class from passing notes. it's "rude" to have private converstations. If you throw the note across the room to the other person - which i do, say that it could be dangerous and hit someone blah blah blah
That sort of thing.oh, and sympathise on the fact you've learnt your lesson and wont do it again - well you probs will but it wont hurt to chuck it in there anyway
